About Nancy Kramer

Nancy is an experienced professional with high standards, a reputation for superior attention to detail, and a track record in building strong relationships.  Her entire professional career has focused on, among other things, negotiation and executing transactions.  After graduating from law school, she worked as a supervisor with Coopers & Lybrand (now PriceWaterhouseCoopers) where she was director of the Cleveland office Personal Financial Planning and Actuarial & Benefits Consulting practices.  She was an instructor at national training schools.  Prior to forming her own practice in 1987 she was also associated with the law firm of Bertsch, Fludine, Millican & O’Malley Co., L.P.A. where she practiced in the areas of estate planning, probate, employee benefits planning and administration, and taxation of individuals and closely-held businesses.  She has been a speaker for Cuyahoga Financial Services Agency and the Plain Dealer at public seminars, as well as the Greater Cleveland Hospital Association and numerous private corporations.

Nancy is married with 3 children and has lived in Cleveland for 38 years.  She has been a member of the Board of Trustees of the Cleveland Women’s City Club, a member of the Board of Directors of the Animal Protective League, and President of the University School Parents’ Association.  She is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association, and Vermilion Yacht Club.
