Before entering the real estate industry, Nancy built an accomplished career in law and consulting. She served as Director of the Cleveland office of Personal Financial Planning and Actuarial & Benefits Consulting practices at Coopers & Lybrand (now PricewaterhouseCoopers) and was previously associated with the firm of Bertsch, Fludine, Millican & O’Malley Co., L.P.A. In 1987, she launched her own law practice, further cementing her expertise in transaction execution, client advocacy, and complex negotiations.

Nancy is known for her high standards, superior attention to detail, and ability to build lasting relationships. Her unique combination of legal acumen and real estate knowledge makes her a powerful advocate for buyers and sellers alike, especially in the competitive East Side Cleveland market.

In addition to her real estate and legal credentials, Nancy is a Certified Professional Property Stager, helping clients prepare their homes for maximum market appeal.
